The study over its past six editions has established itself as corporate India’s most comprehensive gender analytics exercise and Molecular Connections’ is excited to be coming on top yet again.
The 2022 edition of the BCWI study saw several prestigious organizations participate from across industries, with the final rankings based upon a rigorous evaluation of their workplace policies and practices, women in leadership roles and women leading the change within the organization.
