Molecular Connections has been ranked among the “100 best companies in India for women to work”

We are pleased to announce that, for the fifth consecutive year, Molecular Connections has been ranked among the 100 best companies in India for Women to work by the “2022 Avtar & Seramount Best Companies for Women in India” (BCWI) study. The study over its past six editions has established itself as corporate India’s most comprehensive gender analytics exercise and Molecular Connections’ is excited to be coming on top yet again.

The 2022 edition of the BCWI study saw several prestigious organizations participate from across industries, with the final rankings based upon a rigorous evaluation of their workplace policies and practices, women in leadership roles and women leading the change within the organization.
