Molecular Connections ranked among the 100 best companies

PRESS RELEASE | Bangalore, INDIA 2020

The BCWI study celebrates organizations that are committed to help women achieve sustainable careers by providing them with an engaging and progressive work environment.

The 2020 edition of the BCWI study saw several prestigious organizations participate from across industries, with the final rankings based upon a rigorous evaluation of their workplace policies and practices. Commenting on the occasion, Dr. Saundarya Rajesh, Founder – President, Avtar, saidThe half-decade long journey of BCWI, which took us through the deepest alleys of corporate diversity statistics, has indeed been a revelation. From seeing substantial increase in women’s representation to companies increasing their intent towards reshaping their workplace to be gender-inclusive, the study has evolved into handbook of impactful D&I strategies. It is heartening to see the efforts of BCWI helping companies unlock an array of potential and growth by enabling their women’s workforce consciously.”

Dr. Saundarya Rajesh, Founder-President, Avtar mentionedIt is also laudable that these companies are increasingly invested in creating a culture of inclusion and allyship. As per the data from 2020 Working Mother & Avtar Most Inclusive Companies Index (MICI), 33% of Diversity & Inclusion spend in organizations is for D&I learning,”. Adding to this, Subha Barry, President of Working Mother Media, said “Each year, we look forward to celebrating the 100 Best Companies in India by shining a spotlight on the progress women have made in the workforce. We applaud these organizations’ diversity and inclusion efforts. These trailblazing organizations are paving their way for a more inclusive future.”

Commenting on the recognition, Mr. Jignesh Bhate, Founder & CEO of Molecular Connections said:The ranking is yet another testament to Molecular Connections’ firm commitment to building a world-class enterprise that truly celebrates diversity and inclusion. The company over the years has worked hard to implement several women-centric policies that enable our women colleagues to thrive at the workplace – now it is part of our DNA”.

Molecular Connections have successfully built and executed targeted leadership programs specifically for women colleagues to help them overcome gender related leadership challenges and soar in their career journeys.
